Returns and Refunds

Return Conditions
We sell carefully selected second-hand clothing in excellent condition. Please keep in mind that any signs of wear are normal for second-hand items and will not be accepted as a reason for return.
We encourage you to carefully review each product description, size, measurement, and photo before making your purchase. We strive to provide all the necessary information to encourage informed and responsible purchasing decisions.
You can return a product within 14 days from the delivery date if:
  • The product is in the same condition as when you received it;

  • It has evident defects not previously disclosed;

  • You received an incorrect item compared to your order.

The return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in the following cases:
  • Our mistake (e.g., sending the wrong product);

  • The product is unusable.

In these cases, we offer an exchange, store credit, or refund, depending on what has been agreed.
Restocking Fee
If the return is for reasons not attributable to the seller, a restocking fee of 10% of the order amount will be deducted to cover restocking costs and payment processing fees. This fee will be clearly communicated at the time of the refund confirmation.
Return Procedure
  1. Contact Us: Send us a message via Instagram, email, or the website chat explaining the reason for your return and including detailed photos of the received product.

  2. Wait for Confirmation: We will respond within 48 hours with approval for the return and instructions for shipping.

  3. Ship the Product: Send the item to the address we will provide, using a traceable shipping service.

  4. Verification and Refund: Once we receive the product and verify its condition, we will process your refund within 14 working days. Shipping costs will not be refunded unless the error was on our part.

The refund will be processed via the original payment method or as store credit, to be used on our online store. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the error was on our part.
